SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada and the United States.  The shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Canada

The standard shipping rate is $19.99 with an estimated delivery of 5 to 10 business days after an order is placed between the business hours of 9 to 5 EST.


The express shipping rate is $40 with an estimated delivery of 3 to 5 business days after an order is placed between the business hours of 9 to 5 EST.

 

United States

The standard shipping rate is $25 with an estimated delivery of 5 to 10 business days after an order is placed between the business hours of 9 to 5 EST.

Business days are Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, all purchases are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Damages

We understand certain situations may arise from shipping such as damaged, missing or stolen parcels which may further damage the product or delay delivery. We wish that we could avoid this entirely so that you may receive your desired products from us in a timely, efficient manner.

 

In the rare case that there is a damaged or defective product, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item.

 

To start a return of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, email us at shop@thesoil.ca with the following:

1. proof of purchase with the subject line: your order #

2. photo of the damaged, unworn item within five (5) business days since receiving the item by courier.

Once item(s) qualify for a return, we will email you the next steps.

 

Any items shipped back to us without the proof of purchase and photos via email will not be accepted.

 

This policy only applies to damaged items that were received on arrival, unworn and within five (5) business days since the item was delivered by the courier.

 

The policy does not extend to worn items, items that were damaged after being worn and after the five (5) business days period.
